Transform Your Life Today

Looking into Therapy

Looking into Therapy

Looking into Therapy

This is a great direction to start in.

However, it can be very scary to make that leap and feel prepared to trust someone in your life that much.

Here are some resources to relieve some anxiety.

Warning Signs

Looking into Therapy

Looking into Therapy

What do you notice about yourself before things start to go south?

Does your MIND start to RACE?

Do you get TIRED or MOODY?

Do you LOSE ENERGY or MOTIVATION?

Do you CRAVE JUNK FOOD?

Maybe you become IMPATIENT or IRRITABLE?

Coping Strategies

Looking into Therapy

Health, Wellness, & Presence

There are so many ways that we cope with situations and stress, and you have been doing this your whole life.

This doesn’t mean that all the coping strategies we use are good. We also have bad coping strategies that play a part in our daily lives. Unfortunately these are the ones that tend to make things worse when allowed to be out-of-control. Which we want to avoid, moreso through guidance than restraints.

Health, Wellness, & Presence

Being of Service; Having Purpose

Health, Wellness, & Presence

One of the hardest things to figure out how to start doing are these three.

Being down in a hole, and sometimes in a downward spiral, it is hard to think of being active or even being present in all the pain and anguish going on.

But where there is a WILL, there is a WAY.

Being of Service; Having Purpose

My personal philosophy is that we are all here to help others, and it is the way we grow and learn the best as well.

Doing for others has always made me feel great; and helping others to accomplish their goals in life has been one of my greatest pleasures.

There is no feeling like it, and it can be as simple as opening a door for someone. A smile. Or even a kind comment.

Reading, Philosophy, and Quotes

This was actually a very big help for me. Just to read about other people’s experiences, philosophies, and words to live by seemed to give me hope and also the ideas to help build myself out of the hole I kept finding myself in.

Therapy Options

Therapy Options

There are so many options available on how to create your own personal therapy plan.

Take the time to learn about yourself, what you need, and where you are hoping to go.

It doesn’t have to be more than a sentence, but having some direction will keep you better than aimlessly wandering.

You don’t have to have it all figured out now. You just need to find a direction and create movement.

One foot in front of the other, even small steps are steps in a direction.

My Blog

Instead of Trying to Control Everything…

Instead of trying to control & define everything about ourselves, our lives, and our surroundings…

What if we established a relationship with our Self and learned to work together with the tools we possess? No wrangling or taming, but rather understanding and empathizing with all the parts of you that make you who you are.

Let’s observe your inner experience, practicing deep breathing, meditating, and redirecting energy from things you can't control to what you can, such as your values and goals.

This could assist you in developing self-government and self-discipline rather than giving in to every urge or external stressors..

Use your emotions like a tool and help them be heard, felt, and understood.

Let yourself feel, whatever it is you need to feel.

Stop holding back and restraining yourself. For at the end of the day what is that really going to accomplish?

Are you trying to break a mustang (horse)?

Or are you trying to come to an understanding where a mutually beneficial relationship can be created with yourself.

Instead of force, we have an Accord of Understanding

Letting go of having to be in control, restricting and restraining,

and forcing your self into situations, and

see what you need and

what your truest and purest self requires.

Which hopefully brings inner peace and understanding.

And just maybe if we can fix that in ourselves, we can share that peace and understand with others and pay it forward.
